Jewels
Most jewels are minerals, but some biological formations – amber, coral, pearl – are also counted as jewels. Even fossiles are used as jewels. The unit of measurement in the jewel trade is the carat (200mg).
Semi-precious stones
Semi-precious stone is a common name for all gems. It can also mean only the less valuable and opaque stones – such as turqoise, jasper, and onyx. In fact, there is now no clear distinction between semi-precious and precious stones, even though semi-precious stones used to be known as “half jewels” .
Semi-precious stones are natural materials and will not pollute the environment after their use as jewellery has ended.
Our semi precious stones
We design our semiprecious stones together with our main supplier, Frank in China. He is professional in the stone business for 34 years and leads his 'family' in very nice way.
